how can I fix this if i have no setup cd-rom? I bought this ibm laptop second hand and I have no startup cd.. can i download one from another computer and copy to a cd? 2 people need an answerI do too

Restart the computer and press and hold F8 key (Press and hold f8 key before the windows logo).b. From the advanced boot option select ‘Safe mode’. Method 2: You may try booting from Last known good configuration and check the results.
