how can I fix this if i have no setup cd-rom? I bought this ibm laptop second hand and I have no startup cd.. can i download one from another computer and copy to a cd? 2 people need an answerI do too

Hi sisterbarb1, ·Do you remember any recent changes maed on your computer? Follow the below methods: Method 1:Check if you are able to boot in safe mode, to boot the computer in safe mode:a. Restart the computer and press and hold F8 key (Press and hold f8 key before the windows logo).b. From the advanced boot option select ‘Safe mode’. Method 2: You may try booting from Last known good configuration and check the results.
